2. THE PARK OF THE SEVEN TITS (HILL OF TÍO PÍO)

Its name comes from its seven hills from which you can see a spectacular view of the city. It is located in Vallecas.

 

3. THE TEMPLE OF DEBOD

The Temple of Debod is a must-see for anyone visiting Madrid. A gift from Egypt to Spain in 1968 with a halo of mystery that you will love.

 

4. THE TERRACE OF EL CORTE INGLÉS IN CALLAO

It is located on the ninth floor of El Corte Inglés and is the ideal place if you want to see the Almudena Cathedral or Gran Vía from above.

 

5. THE MONCLOA LIGHTHOUSE

Without a doubt, you will be able to see the whole city from this lighthouse, which is 92 metres high. However, if you have vertigo or don’t like lifts, it’s not for you.

 

6. THE ROOFTOP OF THE CÍRCULO DE BELLAS ARTES (FINE ARTS CIRCLE)

Another of the places with the best views that you cannot miss on your trip to Madrid. You can get there by lift. It is 56 metres above sea level on Calle de Alcalá.

 

7. THE ROYAL PALACE

The Royal Palace is one of the most visited places in the city and one of the largest in the world. Don’t miss the Hall of Columns, the Throne Room or the Royal Kitchen.

 

8. MADRID RIVER

Lying on one of its fresh grass esplanades next to the Manzanares River and watching the Madrid sky is one of the activities you shouldn’t miss.

If you like charming parks, this one will amaze you. Located on a natural balcony from where you can enjoy nature in Madrid.

 

10. THE CORNICE VIEWPOINT

This viewpoint is located in the Plaza de la Armería and from it you can enjoy wonderful views of the Casa de Campo and the Campo del Moro Gardens.

 

11. THE RETIRO PARK

Do you want to spend a very romantic time? Well, do it on a boat in the Retiro Park… rowing. What’s more, inside the park you’ll find the Palacio de Cristal and the Palacio Velázquez with temporary exhibitions.

This was the Royal Site that was intended as a place of recreation and home for royalty. Nowadays, it is the largest public park in Madrid with a wonderful botanical trail.
