- Apartments in Sol, is not responsible for the belongings that are deposited in the apartments, once the reservation document has been signed and the keys have been handed over.
- Apartamentos en Sol is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the use made by the client of the apartment, including loss or damage.
- Apartamentos en Sol has the full right to demand from clients who do not comply with the established rules, the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without the right to a refund.
