For enquiries about your stay, you can write to info@apartamentosensol.com. The apartments are located at Puerta del Sol, 3, 28013 Madrid; this address differs from the entity’s registered address.

02 / Data and purposes

The contact form requests the reason for your enquiry, your name, email address, message and confirmation that you have read this policy. We use this information to handle your request and reply to you. Do not include bank details or personal identity documents in your message.

The availability search sends your arrival and departure dates and number of guests, initially counted as adults, to the booking engine. When you make a booking, the engine may request additional information needed to manage it. Review the information displayed before confirming.

The contact form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Submitting it does not authorise us to send you advertising.

03 / Legal basis

Enquiries about a possible booking and accommodation management are based on the pre-contractual steps you request and, where a contract exists, its performance. General enquiries are handled on the basis of your request and the consent you give when submitting them.

Processing required by applicable law is based on compliance with legal obligations. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use of your data.

04 / Access to information

Handling enquiries and bookings may require access by authorised staff and providers of web hosting, email and booking services. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Information you submit through the form is not published on the website. The booking engine is accessed on its own domain: reservas.apartamentosensol.com.

05 / External services and language

The Spanish and English versions are provided using TranslatePress. Translations are stored in this website’s database. With the current configuration, automatic translation is not used and content is not sent to an external translation service.

External services may have their own terms and process data outside the European Economic Area. You can ask the controller about the providers, destinations and safeguards applicable to your data. Information about language storage is available in our cookie policy.

06 / Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain the service relationship. Where applicable, it will then be retained for the periods required by legal obligations or to address potential liabilities.

This website uses an HTTPS connection to transmit information. Only provide the data needed for your enquiry and let us know about any changes affecting its accuracy.

07 / Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, request restriction or data portability, where applicable, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to the data protection contact or the controller’s address, stating which right you wish to exercise.
