ON THIS PAGE

01 / Availability and pricing

02 / Check-in and check-out

03 / Building access

04 / Apartment and occupancy

05 / Payment, cancellation and changes

06 / During your stay

07 / Booking enquiries

01 / Availability and pricing

Enter your dates and number of guests to check availability. The search opens in the booking engine and retains your chosen accommodation when accessed from its apartment page.

Before confirming, check the total price, what is included, any additional charges and the rate conditions. Checking availability does not, by itself, constitute a booking.

02 / Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Please communicate and confirm your expected arrival time through the channel or platform you used to book.

On your departure day, you must leave the apartment before 11:00. Any request for different times must be discussed and confirmed in advance.

03 / Building access

There are 33 steps to reach the lift, which is located between floors. The building is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The lift door is 0.70 m wide and 2 m high. The cabin is 1 m wide, 2.10 m high and 0.80 m deep. Please check the access details before booking if you need to confirm that they meet your requirements.

04 / Apartment and occupancy

Check the capacity, number of bedrooms, beds and outdoor space on the page for the apartment you wish to book. The catalogue includes studios and apartments with different layouts; amenities are not identical in every apartment.

The initial search counts guests as adults. If you are travelling with children, adjust the number of adults, children and their ages in the booking engine before confirming. You must comply with the apartment capacity and your booking conditions.

05 / Payment, cancellation and changes

Payment, cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the rate and booking channel. Review the rules shown in the booking engine and keep your booking confirmation.

Non-refundable rates have specific conditions. Do not assume that a cancellation, change of dates or early departure entitles you to a refund: check the conditions that apply to your booking and your statutory rights.

Where applicable, check deposits, cleaning charges and other fees in the price and conditions for your chosen accommodation. This page does not state a general amount applicable to all bookings.

06 / During your stay

Use the apartment and its facilities responsibly and follow the rules provided for your accommodation. If an incident or damage occurs, report it through your booking support channel.

No on-site parking or breakfast is provided. The communal areas of the building have security cameras; the relevant data protection information is provided at the property.

07 / Booking enquiries

If you have already booked, please contact us through the channel you used so that we can identify your stay correctly. For general information, you can write to info@apartamentosensol.com or use our contact page.

This guidance summarises information about your stay. The specific conditions provided before booking and your booking confirmation must be read together with this page, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
